Refund policy

Subscription Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Transfers: If you no longer wish to use your subscription, you may transfer the remaining time to someone you know. To request a transfer, please contact us at arjendigipaja@gmail.com with the following:

• The new recipient's full name, email address, and postal (home) address
• Confirmation that the recipient has agreed to receive the subscription and that you have their permission to share their name, email address, and postal (home) address with us

We will then reach out to the recipient to confirm and complete the transfer.
